At Oahu Pro’s, we understand that schedules can change. To ensure fairness to both our customers and our team, we have established the following cancellation policy:
1. Cancellations & Rescheduling
48+ Hours Notice: No cancellation fee. You may reschedule or cancel your appointment at no charge.
24-48 Hours Notice: A 25% cancellation fee may apply.
Less Than 24 Hours Notice: A 50% cancellation fee may apply.
2. No-Show Policy
If our technician arrives at the scheduled time and is unable to access the job site or the appointment is canceled upon arrival, a minimum service fee of $150 will be charged.
3. Emergency Cancellations
We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel due to an unforeseen situation, please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
4. How to Cancel or Reschedule
Call us at (808) 649-3009 or email harley@oahupros.com at least 48 hours in advance to avoid fees.
